CANCELLATIONS must be paid for in full
I know that sometimes things transpire that prevent both you and I from taking the appointed lesson, therefore the cancellation charge may be dismissed if you can re-book your lesson to another time or day in the same week.
Otherwise the cancellation fee applies.
Prepaid lessons will also be deducted from the total remaining.
Please alert me to your situation asap.
If the instructor cancels the lesson then no charge will be made. A new appointment will be arranged.
In bad weather conditions the instructor will decide if lessons should continue. No charge will be made if cancelled by your instructor
Cancellations on the same day as your lesson will be charged for regardless of the reason or if you are not at home when your instructor arrives for the lesson.
The instructor will wait 10 minutes before leaving.
It is the instructors decision only as to when you apply for your driving test.
If you apply for test without consent then the instructor has the right to withdraw use of the vehicle for the test if the instructor does not think you are ready.
